Each earring has a 20G (0.8 mm) post with a 6 mm wearable length. This size is suitable for many standard healed lobe piercings.
Insert the flat-back post through the back of your piercing. Line up the front stud with the opening and gently twist it clockwise until secure. Do not overtighten.
